Staff were very nice and helpful. Location excellent for my purpose.
I asked for a non-smoking room, but got a smoking room on arrival. Had to stay three nights in a room that smelled terribly.

Small but clean. Typlical business-hotel in Japan.
Two Korean guys entered my next room at 3:00 a.m. and continued talking very loudly for an hour. It was super annoying. Hotel staff should have told them to be calm when they passed in front of office.

Loved the spacious and clean room with a comfortable bed. The hotel's location was perfect for my business needs with easy access to public transportation and nearby restaurants. Plus, the hotel offered a great value for the price.
The lack of storage space in the room was a downside, making it difficult to properly organize my clothes during my six-day stay. It would have been helpful to have shelves or drawers for storing clothing items.

We had a great experience during our new year stay! the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. the room was very clean and comfortable, and we were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary snacks and drinks waiting for us in our room. the location was perfect, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and transportation.
That the room was quite small, which made it a bit difficult to unpack and move around. we didn't spend too much time in the room anyway, so it wasn't a big issue for us.
